The Rochester School of Dance and Cornelia's School of Dance are under the direction of Cornelia Sampson. Both Schools are accredited in all dance disciplines. Founded with the aspiration of offering Oakland County and the surrounding areas a school with an outstanding training program, we have now enjoyed twenty-five-years of success. Classes progress from pre-ballet through advanced levels of instruction. In this capacity the school provides those students who are career oriented with the necessary technical foundation while also allowing recreational students the opportunity to participate in classes of high standards. The focus in on self-esteem, good health, the overall joy of movement and the sense of achievement that comes from working in a nurturing environment.

From Ballet to Broadway
Our dancers can currently be seen dancing with the New York City Ballet, Joffrey Ballet, Pittsburgh Ballet Theatre, Miami City Ballet, Cleveland Ballet and Ballet West. In addition, many students have appeared on national television and in Broadway Productions. Each year, many who opt to continue their education have received full scholarships to major universities. We are proud of our dancers' accomplishments and would like to share our roster of success stories with you. Our reputation precedes us.
